Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms of service. I, the artist, retain all rights to my artwork. You, the commissioner, may not use the artwork for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon and compensated for.

                                Important: All commissions are considered final once the sketch phase is approved. Please review carefully before approval.
                            

What You Can Do:

Use the artwork for personal enjoyment
Share on social media with proper credit
Print for personal use (not for sale)
Use as profile pictures or avatars

What You Cannot Do:

Sell or profit from the artwork
Claim the artwork as your own creation
Use for NFTs or cryptocurrency
Modify the artwork without permission

All payments must be made upfront and in full via PayPal. I will not start working on your commission until I have received the full payment.

PayPal (preferred)
Venmo (US clients only)
Ko-fi donations

Pricing Structure:

Base prices are listed on the commissions page
Additional characters incur extra fees
Complex backgrounds may increase the price
Rush orders (under 1 week) include a rush fee

                                Currency: All prices are listed in USD. International clients are responsible for any conversion fees.
                            

You are entitled to a limited number of free revisions during the sketch and coloring phases. Major revisions requested after the sketch phase may incur an additional fee.

Free Revisions Include:

Minor pose adjustments during sketch phase
Color changes during flat color stage
Small detail modifications
Expression changes (within reason)

Paid Revisions Include:

Major pose changes after sketch approval
Complete character redesigns
Adding/removing major elements
Changes after final artwork delivery

                                Revision Limits: Sketch phase (3 free revisions), Color phase (2 free revisions), Final phase (1 minor revision)
                            

I do not offer refunds once I have started working on your commission. If you wish to cancel your commission before I have started, you may be entitled to a partial refund.

Refund Eligibility:

Before work begins: 100% refund available
During sketch phase: 50% refund available
After sketch approval: No refund available
Emergency situations: Considered case by case

Artist Cancellation:

If I need to cancel your commission due to personal circumstances, you will receive a full refund regardless of the work completed.

                                Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
                            

You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only. This includes using it as a profile picture, sharing it on social media (with credit), and printing it for personal use. You may not use the artwork for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, advertising, or resale.

Personal Use Includes:

Social media profiles and posts
Personal website or blog
Printing for personal enjoyment
Desktop wallpapers or phone backgrounds

Commercial Rights:

Commercial usage rights can be purchased for an additional fee. This must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins.

                                Artist Rights: I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested.
                            

Processing times can vary depending on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. Generally, a single character commission can take between 1-3 weeks. I will provide a more accurate estimate once we discuss the details of your request.

Typical Timelines:

Chibi commissions: 3-7 days
Full illustrations: 1-3 weeks
Emote packs: 5-10 days
Complex pieces: 2-4 weeks

Rush Orders:

Rush orders (completed within 3 days) are available for an additional fee, subject to my availability.

                                Delivery Method: Final artwork will be delivered via email in high-resolution PNG format. Additional formats available upon request.
