General Terms of Service

I hold all rights to the produced artwork.
I may use the artwork for self-promotion, giving you credit as the owner unless stated otherwise before the commission.
For personal use commissions, I may offer process files or screenshots for learning purposes on sites like Patreon or Discord unless specified otherwise.
You are NOT allowed to reproduce my art on products without purchasing the Commercial Use License, take credit for the art, remove watermarks/signatures, or use my creations in blockchain-related technologies like NFTs.
All work is for personal or private use only unless agreed upon by both parties.

Commercial use means the illustration will generate profit, whether monetary, merchandise, promotion, or game assets.
Type A (artwork is not the bulk of the product): Prices will not change, and the commercial use fee is included (e.g., promotional material, game assets).
Type B (artwork is the bulk of the product and being reproduced/sold): Prices will have a 200% commercial use fee to purchase the Commercial Use License. You can remove watermarks and request layered PSD files.
Non-commercial use includes using the artwork as an icon/avatar for non-profit sites, personal projects, entertainment, or printing for personal decoration.

Inspiration Welcome, Impersonation Not.
You must seek the opinions and consent of the respective owners when using their artwork as inspiration.
Tracing my art for personal practice is permissible, but you must provide proper credit if uploaded and seek permission from me before sharing.
Feeding my art to AI algorithms is considered stealing.
Removing watermarks, and heavily referencing (replicating identical clothing, hairstyles, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
Respectful conduct is expected. If I find any interactions unpleasant or disrespectful, I reserve the right to block individuals at my discretion.
The following groups are NOT welcome to engage with me or my content: Racists, Homophobes, Pedophiles (I will expose any pedophile behavior before blocking), Ableists, and those exhibiting similar discriminatory or harmful behavior.

Commission Information

After reading my Terms of Service, fill out the form found here and send it to givicommissions@gmail.com.
Wait for my reply, and we can discuss any details. I'll usually reply within 72hrs when my commissions are open.
If I accept your request, you'll be put on the waiting list. No payment is needed until I notify you it's your turn.
If it's a lengthy project, provide details like the project type, how my art will be required, the approximate number of illustrations needed, if you have character designs, and any deadlines.

Once I receive the payment, I will try to finish your commission ASAP. The estimated waiting time is stated along with my commission prices for each style.
If you ordered multiple illustrations or something complex, the waiting time will increase.
Check my waiting list or send me a message for status updates.
The maximum waiting time is 3 months in the worst-case scenario (e.g., if I'm short on time or during exam periods).
If you need your commission by a certain date (e.g., a birthday present), state it in the form, and we can discuss it. A fee might apply for rush orders.

Payment is accepted in EUR/USD via PayPal only.
Prices listed do not include taxes or PayPal fees.
Any additional fees will be split between the commissioner and me.
Full payment is required upfront, or a payment plan for complex projects. Half payment is possible, but the finished artwork will only be sent after full payment.

Adopts and Designs T.O.S.

Harassment and/or guilt-tripping during, after or anytime won't be tolerated, if you really want the design, you can commission a custom character or wait for a similar auction to be published by me.
Please dm me and let me know your paypal/binance account name, or send me a screenshot of the payment.
Let me know if you're backing out of a bid before the auction ends. Ghosting will lead to blacklisting.
State your bid as a specific number, not a range.
I can hold items for up to 2 weeks before reauctioning. I do not take payment plans for auctions/adopts below $100. Cancellations will restrict future holds.

Feel free to adjust colors, add/remove accessories, or change species, but do share your redesigns with me, I love to watch my babies grow!
Commercial use of my art and designs without purchasing the rights it's prohibited. Unauthorized commercial use will lead to a ban. ALL MY DESIGNS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE
Avoid using my designs to promote or endorse social injustices like homophobia, transphobia, discrimination against the LGBTQ+ community, harassment, bullying, racism, ableism, sexism, pedophilia, bestiality, sexual abuse, or any other illegal and harmful fetish. Portraying these is okay, but they MUST be shown in a negative light.

You can't resell my designs for more than you bought them for, unless you've added commissioned artwork (like a new pose or outfit). If you see someone inflating prices, let me know and I'll handle it respectfully.
Feel free to consider the value of extra art you've commissioned or your own artistic additions when pricing a resale. It's up to you as an artist/trader to value your work fairly.
To keep things safe, trading my designs with blacklisted accounts is a no-go. This is a firm rule, trading my art with them will get you blacklisted too!

I have provided a template in google forms (also in the commission form), for you to copy, paste and fill put in your e-mail.

Payments should preferably be made trough Binance (USDT) or Paypal.
Non-requested payments will be rejected and refunded.
I will request payment when I'm ready to start your commission.
I require full payment upon clean sketch approval.
Do not pay through "friends and family" or label the payment as "commission" on PayPal to prevent account issues.
Payment is expected within 48 hours of the payment request. Extensions are available with prior communication.

Make sure to check the sketch carefully and let me know if any changes are needed.
During the clean sketch stage, I will accept a maximum of 3 important changes. After the 3rd change, I have the right to decline further changes or charge an extra fee.
Once the piece is finished, I can make small changes like color adjustments or adding tiny details for free. Any bigger changes will come with an extra fee.
If you give me creative freedom during the commission, I can make two more important changes before the lineart stage.
I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I reach the lineart stage, there will be no refunds unless there's a very good reason.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund after the artwork is confirmed and delivered, since, by then, it should've been approved by you.
If you file a chargeback against me on PayPal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted, and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will also be blocked, and your username and case details will be publicly posted.

Once you receive your commission, I will ask for you to fill a really simple review form trough my carrd.
This should be filled with nothing but the truth, I encourage you to make healthy criticism on my services, since this will allow me to grow.
You must not share the link to this form for it's strictly for my clients.
